Client Testimonials
Two years ago we arrived at the Motorcoach Store looking to purchase a Newell with predif and CAT C15 engine. We purchased a 2008 Newell with roughly 100,000 miles in excellent condition. We had a vision of what we wanted our Dream RV home to look like. We knew "The Motorcoach Store Dream Team" could make this happen. From new custom heated floors, cedar closets, quartz counter tops, leather interior, carbon fiber trim, lighting upgrades, designer shower and sinks Most important we gave the bus a new paint design on the front. A Face-lift! Their team is exceptionally talented, Fit and Finish. Our new remodel is worthy of a Newell! We have the home of our dreams with less than a 1/3 of the cost of a new one. Thank you Brad and his exceptionally talented team, who All have the same goal in mind. To deliver the Best Quality, Product and Service in the industry. VISION QUEST IS OUR DREAM
I bought my coach a the Motorcoach Store. It was a great experience and the customer service was fantastic. The delivery experience was exceptional and they took their time explaining everything to me and insuring that everything worked. The coach has performed perfectly and we really enjoy it. They were below market average on price. Overall, it was a great experience with no pressure and great service.
Been doing business with them well over 10 years now. They have the most professional staff ive ever worked with. The coaches are second to none. The pride, craftsmanship along with meticulous cleaning of every coach is top notch. I cannot say enough good things about the sheer professionalism of The Motorcoach Store.
We have now visited at least 6 rv dealerships (specializing in Prevost busses) in the 4 years we have owned and upgraded our Prevost. The Motorcoach Store BY FAR has the biggest and nicest selection. Also I really appreciate that they do not have commissioned sales (so no pressure, just helpful people), and they granted all our requests before arriving. For instance, I asked if we could (1) inspect both the undercarriage (2) and the roof of the bus, and that (3) specific electrical systems be explained in depth. Sure enough when we got there, the bus was lifted off the ground (which apparently is not an everyday viewing request), they brought us an electric lift, and a technician with 30+ years of experience walked us through the entire bus, inside and out. Jojo is a wealth of information! Needless to say, we are going through the buying process right now, and everything is being explained up front, step by step. Although it takes trust and a leap of faith that everything will be done exactly as they say, I have no reason to expect otherwise. We have been on the market for our next Prevost for 6 months. We have kissed/viewed 4 other coaches. I kept telling my husband I wish the Motorcoach Store would get a bus in that fits our requirements because I had heard buying from them is a great experience. I am so glad that they finally procured a coach we wanted, and it wasn’t even on their floor a week before we bought it (thanks to almost daily videos of their constantly changing available inventory).
We just traded coaches with The Motorcoach Store and could not have had a better experience from Jamie and Tori with the initial sale of our new Cornerstone to Bobby in service who set up delivery and went beyond what was expected to correct any issues with the coach, which were few, Dawn and Alexis had us in and out in minutes exchanging titles and paperwork, Mike was great on arrival day and the day after we spent a night in the coach to make sure and address any concerns we had, and everyone addressed every single item we asked them to. Then there was Richy our technician he worked tirelessly all day fixing a connection issue with the coach remote control system, he did not stop till he had everything 100%. If you are in the market for a luxury coach do not hesitate to contact them, we bought ours from just pictures and had zero concerns doing so because everything was exactly as described and you can have confidence they will address any concerns that are within reason.
I am almost at a loss for words. I’ve watched hundreds of hours worth of videos from all types of YouTubers. I’ve owned 6 RVs, not including the new coach from The Motorcouch Store, many boats, and an airplane. So I have experienced many business models and levels of customer service.
I had communicated with the staff at The Motorcouch Store over the past year and we had really refined our research knowing we would have to make concessions to afford the level of coach we wanted and that we likely would have to give up some items and prioritize others. I figured a Dutch Star would probably be the best I could get into with the funds I was willing to devote to the project.
With some financial advice we determined it would be better to buy our coach now prior to my wife retiring in six months so that she is not retiring and we are not looking to sell the house and buy a coach all at the same time.
When looking at coaches I had some concerns about the older ones with some of the systems due to this being my first diesel pusher and we rarely found an interior and floor plan that we wanted and could see ourselves living in.
Then we saw the 2019 Newmar Mountain Aire! I had several pages of must have items prioritized with some really really really want items prioritized along with a page of deal breaker items and a page of things to look for. After the punch list of items to be done prior to delivery I believe the only thing I didn’t get was an electric fireplace!
I figured since I was buying a 2019 for $355,555 from a business that does multimillion dollar deals on a regular basis that I would surely get the $355,555 level of service. The reality to this point couldn’t be further from the truth!
From my communications with Tori about financing in the days leading up to my full day visit to the motor coach store earlier this week where I met with Tori and a team of specialists to discuss the coach and the modifications I would like at what cost to make it my dream forever coach I felt like I was walking in buying the most expensive custom coach you have.
There was zero pressure, just information and immediate answers to every question even to the extent of having the leads of maintenance and other specialties come out and look through the coach with me to see if what I wanted to be done could be done and at what cost then following up with me on multiple emails.
I am amazed at the level of knowledge and customer service I have experienced to this point. That have truly built something very special at the Motor Coach Store.
Today we visited The Motorcoach Store in Florida, a company my husband has followed for several years. We stopped in to look at a few coaches that had caught our attention and to speak with the service department about our current coach, including a possible floor upgrade.
From the moment we arrived, Angie greeted us with genuine kindness and professionalism. She introduced us to Roger, who was equally professional, and then Allen gave us a tour of several coaches. Allen was attentive, knowledgeable, and patient in answering all of our questions. We were impressed with the time and care he gave us.
Unfortunately, our experience with the service department was very different. We were first handed off to a woman who quickly redirected us to John. From the start of the conversation, John’s tone and manner made it clear he did not want to be bothered. When my husband inquired about availability for tire balancing and a door latch adjustment, the responses we received were dismissive and unhelpful. When we asked about a potential floor upgrade, the first words out of his mouth were that it would cost $15–20K just in labor—delivered in a way that felt less like information and more like a deterrent, as though questioning whether we could afford it.
The lack of respect and professionalism left us both shocked and offended. After such a poor interaction, we made the decision that we would never give them our business.
