That is why we have developed one of the most thorough and rigorous Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) processes in the luxury motor coach industry. Every coach, whether destined for retail sales or part of our Certified Pre-Owned program, must pass this comprehensive multi-stage process before it ever reaches the front line.

Comprehensive Multi-Point Inspection

Our technicians begin with a complete 200+ point inspection, evaluating every major system and component on the coach, including:

  • Chassis, engine, transmission, and drive-train systems
  • Electrical systems, power management, and generators
  • HVAC, plumbing, and freshwater systems
  • Climate and comfort systems (heating, air conditioning, hydronic heat)
  • Appliances, electronics, and kitchen systems
  • Structural, safety, and cosmetic elements inside and out

Each component is tested for full operational performance, ensuring nothing is overlooked.

Comprehensive Multi-Point Inspection

Repairs, Adjustments & Full Reconditioning

After inspection, the coach moves to reconditioning.

  • Any non-compliant or defective parts are repaired or replaced using OEM-grade components.
  • Cosmetic and detail work is performed to restore a like-new presentation.
  • The coach receives complete interior and exterior detail and paint correction.

Our goal is simple: when it reaches the showroom, it looks and performs as intended from the factory.

Repairs, Adjustments & Full Reconditioning

Final Quality Control (QC) Inspection

After reconditioning is complete, every coach undergoes a final Quality Control inspection to ensure it meets The Motorcoach Store’s standards.

  • Our QC team performs a complete top-to-bottom review of the entire coach
  • All major systems and features are tested under real-world conditions
  • The coach is checked for fit, finish, cleanliness, and presentation, ensuring it looks and performs as it should.

Only after passing this rigorous QC review does a coach move to the delivery stage.

Final Quality Control (QC) Inspection

Customer Delivery & Orientation

After QC approval, the coach moves to its final stage customer delivery.

  • Each buyer receives a comprehensive orientation and walk-through, covering every system and feature.
  • Our technicians answer questions and demonstrate functionality, ensuring you leave confident and informed.
  • Any last punch-list items are resolved before departure.
